I started a crochet blankie when I was pregnant with my son. He was born in December of 2009. Fast forward five years, and my sister became an avid crocheter. I was inspired by her projects, and got back out the unfinished baby blankie. After a few false starts and some questionable yarn substitutions, it's done! I love it. I think it will look great in the nursery of my third kiddo, due to arrive in November.
