The quarter is for scale - this is a made from an infant sock, and all handsewn! Phew!

It turned out pretty cute, but not nearly as great as Molly Chicken's I linked to above. I'd change a lot if I had it to do over again - for one thing, I'd make a little more room between the face and the legs!

The flannel in the background will be a snuggly baby blanket to go with the monkey as a gift for a coworker's new baby. I'm told the nursery is pink and yellow, so I think this will go nicely. Hopefully I'll get a picture of the happy recipient when I visit in a week or two!
