The other day my neighbor came across the street with her twin 3-year-old daughters, both holding their satin-edged blankies I'd made them when they were born. The blankies are just 44"x36", cotton on one side and flannel on the other with a satin edge (these - thanks, blog archives). Apparently neither girl will go to bed without them, and if you ask who made them they say Ms. Sarah. It is so cute. And perfect motivation to pull from my stash for blankies for the new babies of a few coworkers!
